Ron helped me through the process of selling my house after living there for 30 years & then helped me relocate to a condo. His team helped me prepare my house to be sold & it was on the market for 5 days before it was under contract. It had been 30 years since I had bought a house and this was the first time as a widow. He was very patient with me & was available to answer all my concerns. I highly recommend to anyone interested in relocating.

I have worked with Ron multiple times as a buyer and a seller. I have never worked with a better agent. He's able to navigate situations that other realtors would fail at. A quick thinker, knows the business well and is a solid human. I can't say enough nice things about him.

I could write pages on how great of an experience I had working with Ron in selling my home. I was referred to him by a neighbor and I am so grateful to have had him as my agent. He went above and beyond during the entire process, especially in regards to the difficulties I had with having a tenant in the home and working with a subpar rental agency. Ron treated me like family and in moments of stress, he was always reassuring and kind. Ron is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. You can tell it's more than just a job for him, as he is just so caring and in tune. Thank you Ron. I hope to work with you again in the future.

We were very fortunate to work with Ron Brister to purchase property in Portland while physically in California. His knowledge of the neighborhoods was invaluable, and he was a rock when we hit a bump getting our mortgage funded. He responded quickly no matter when we reached out, and provided reassurance when I had a bit of a meltdown over the mortgage funding issue. I would recommend Ron to anyone interested in Portland/ Portland area property.

Ron was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and upfront with us about everything. I really appreciated that he had made us a timeline of events that have to happen for us to acquire our home, as first time home buyers it was incredibly reassuring to know and see every step played out in front of us. Would 100% reccomend him to all my family and friends!
