Ron managed the sale of an estate property for me almost two years, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Because I live in Utah and couldn't be on-site, I depended on him completely — and he never gave me a reason to worry.The house needed extensive repairs before it could go on the market, and Ron ran the entire process like a true project manager. When we discovered a hazardous waste situation from animals living under the house, Ron didn't hesitate — he got bids, coordinated the cleanup, and oversaw the whole project personally.That was typical of how he worked. He has strong relationships with vendors and contractors, and for every repair he quickly lined up bids and helped me choose the right people for the job. In two full years, I never once had to speak directly with an on-site contractor — Ron handled it all, sending me photos and updates so I always knew exactly where things stood.When it came time to set a price, Ron did a thorough market analysis, walking me through comparable sales and pricing strategy so I felt confident the number we landed on was the right one.Ron went above and beyond at every turn. Five stars doesn't feel like enough for the level of service he provided. If I ever need to sell another property, I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Ron is a seasoned professional. He helped us decide how to price the sale of our home and held five open houses to try to sell it quickly during the peak spring/summer shopping season. He was an incredibly good communicator, always giving us advance notice of showings, and keeping us updated on timelines. He did an exceptional job of negotiating when we hit a few glitches with the buyers during the final steps in the process. He kept an eye on the home as we moved out and even cleaned up a mess of bugs that decided to bloom on a house plant while we were out of town. Ron went above and beyond for us so he is highly recommended.

Ron helped me through the process of selling my house after living there for 30 years & then helped me relocate to a condo. His team helped me prepare my house to be sold & it was on the market for 5 days before it was under contract. It had been 30 years since I had bought a house and this was the first time as a widow. He was very patient with me & was available to answer all my concerns. I highly recommend to anyone interested in relocating.
